Erika from Hartford, Connecticut asked about "running trails." Sun dappled and ready to be run—we have some great trails on and around campus. Lace 'em up! Tess from Andover, Massachusetts wants to see “the swimming pool!” ![]() Action shot for you, Tess. Christine from Holbrook, Massachusetts, asked, “Do you work with animals? Can I see?” We do a little work with animals. And sometimes we work with little animals–like this mini horse that transports students to class in his tiny carriage... JK! Seriously though, if you want to work with animals there are plenty of opportunities. Ava from Mystic, Connecticut, asked for a picture of “the Harry Potter room” ![]() The "Harry Potter room," is a great spot on campus, Ava, and its official name is The Cole Room and it's in the library. We seem to have a problem with house elves at the moment though—it appears they've stolen all the recent pics of the room. But we did find this classic from a few years back. Priyanka from Sanjaynagar, India, asked for "a picture of the Lyons Den" ![]() Priyanka, the Lyons Den is a great student-run coffee shop in the Balfour-Hood Campus Center where students meet up, catch up, and caffeinate up. Kelly from Portland, Maine, wanted to see "a bio lab" ![]() Kelly, there are 206 bones in the human body—get to know them better as a bio major at Wheaton! Max from Clinton, New Jersey, asked, "Do you have a pool?" ![]() Max, not only do we have a pool, we also have a synchronized swimming team! Varuun in Mumbai, India, asked, "Can I see the maker lab?" ![]() Varuun, our maker lab is one of the best around. Ava from Lexington, Massachusetts, asked, "What is the Dimple?" ![]() Good question, Ava. The Dimple is right at the center of our campus. Most days it's a dry, grassy area where students hang out. But when we get a huge rainstorm, it occasionally turns into a small pond, which is when the Dimple diving—long a Wheaton tradition—begins. |
