Group Visit Registration

We are excited to resume on campus Group Visit opportunities which provides a guided tour of campus with one of our student ambassadors.  

• Due to the large numbers of Wheaton Group Visit requests we receive, we limit our groups to students entering junior or senior year of high school.  
• Groups must submit this form 2 weeks prior to their visit, as it may take up to 10 days to approve a request. 
• Please note that submission of the group visit request form does not guarantee approval of the request. A confirmation email, including visit schedule and directions, will be sent once the request is approved.
• Optional on campus or virtual information sessions can be arranged as well.
• Groups smaller than 10 are encouraged to register for our regular tours and information sessions on our visit page. Each attendee in the group must register as an individual.
• We do not offer on-campus meal vouchers, but we can connect you to our Campus Dining Services so that the group can arrange dining services as needed. 
• If you have a group of younger students who may be interested in a Wheaton representative visiting them or you are interested in scheduling a virtual visit please contact the Office of Admission at admission@wheatoncollege.edu.
